Damages Sought In Auto Crash Suit In 1928 Case
George Juhasz filed a $25 000 damage suit in the Court of Common Pleas on behalf of Charles Crooks, a minor, against Crooks Coal and Supply Co. Man Bound Over For Grand Jury On Larceny Charge
