Amherst Brownie Troop 341 and volunteers collected toys clothes and school supplies for Iraqi children in the Diyala province near Baghdad. Vermilion man charged after double speeding and drugs
Benjamin M. Borlaug, 32, of Vermilion, was cited for 47 mph in a 35 mph zone on Liberty Avenue, then stopped again minutes later for 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. He was arrested for speeding and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after the second stop.
