Nation celebrates Kennedy Center 25th anniversary gala
Washington marks 25 years of the Kennedy Center with a star studded PBS gala in the East Room reception attended by Gen Colin Powell and Alma Powell. Performers include Tom Selleck Patrick Swayze Aretha Franklin Kathleen Battle and the American Ballet Theater among others as tribute to the center's living memorial to President Kennedy.
