It claims world records for height speed and drops, reaches 74 mph, and features four inversions in a 5,740 foot layout with a 1,200 rider per hour capacity and May opening amid long waits.
The new hybrid coaster Steel Vengeance features a world list of elements including a twisted snake dive and four inversions in a two minute thirty ride. It reaches over a mile in length and claims fastest airtime hill while offering views of Lake Erie. Park officials note weather affects visibility but promise strong thrill content and a first rider benefit on April 27 benefiting the Lefiron James Family Foundation. Nolan Pastore praises the ride as bigger than prior Mean Streak and highly immersive inside wood framing.
