Eight members of a Pike County family were found shot to death across four rural Ohio locations. Investigators interviewed more than 30 people as the case remained active. A 911 caller described blood and the suspected deaths as authorities continued to pursue leads.
Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said investigators worked through the night processing evidence at the scene. A Cincinnati area businessman posted a 25000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of the killer or killers.
