Woman accused of shoplifting at Walmart in Elyria
Partin 44, Elyria resident, was captured in the Walmart incident after video shows her taking a black handbag and fleeing while wearing a bra bikini top. She claimed assault by a security officer, but police and store footage contradicted her account. She remained jailed on 16000 bond awaiting Elyria Municipal Court.
