Plans for 24ot subdivision sewer rejected by council
The 24ot subdivision off Corwin Street was sent to the City Planning Commission after February review. The commission found sewage could drain into Norwalk Creek from an open pipe. Developer Richard Opper plans are under review, but Safety Service Director Herbert Krogh said revised plans won’t be submitted soon. Council rejected current plans, allowing Opper to resubmit later.
