Dr William C Parks of Grafton died at Elyria Memorial Hospital in the early evening after a three month illness. He was 49 with months and 12 days. Survived by wife Grace two daughters Mrs James Hilley Elyria and Jeanne Frances at home his mother Mrs Thames Parks and sister Miss Olive Parks of Cleveland. Born in La Grange he lived in Grafton for 26 years where he practiced medicine. A Western Reserve University graduate, his father also a physician.
