Wellington not many college students get spring break credits abroad but Jennifer Seaman, a Heidelberg College sophomore, joined 14 peers and Biology Faculty on a Belize trip. The Caribbean Biogeography field class cost about 700 dollars, earned two credits, and included rainforest tours and Mayan cave writings. Seaman studied soft corals and snorkeled as part of her course work.

Battle of the Bands to fund Lorain County uniforms
Elyria area bands launch Wendy s coupons fundraiser for uniforms and other items. Through May the 12 bands will distribute 30 000 color coded coupons redeemable for discounted Wendy s food with each redemption raising funds.
