Avon Lake reaches Scholastic Games semifinal in big win
Avon Lake High School routed Columbia 360 to 130 on WEOL 930 AM to advance as first semifinalist in Scholastic Games. Avon Lake will meet the Keystone Olmsted Falls winner, with Hunter Tharp Adam Litzler and Lindsay Quintero starring. The program includes a tuition credit from 11 area colleges and universities and ongoing amateur events at the Avon Lake Public Library.
