Reagan Wallace back on Buckeye ballot in Ohio primary
Secretary of State Ted W Brown ordered Reagan and Wallace reinstated to the June Ohio primary ballot after appeals over signatures. Wallace has 1000 valid signatures and Reagan 1022, meeting the legal minimum. The ruling expands the GOP battle with Ford and Reagan for Ohio's 28 at large Republican delegates and opens a six way contest for the Democratic at large slate.

Thirteen perished as capsule capsized in Gulf
Coast Guard reports 13 men from the Ocean Express drilling barge sank when a saucer like survival capsule capsized in 15 foot seas off Corpus Christi. Two Navy divers found bodies inside the flooded capsule. there were no survivors among the 36 crew. Officials had revised the count after checking with survivors.

Man 66 Survives Jump From Lorain High Level Bridge
A 66-year-old Lorain man jumped from the High Level bridge into the Black River mud bank, landing seemingly unharmed. He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital for evaluation after police talked with him prior to the jump.
