Prosecution fights early release for convicted molester
Elyria man Michael A. Farnsworth 42 of Bonair Avenue argued for early release after serving seven months of a one year sentence for gross sexual imposition and related charges involving a 15 year old boy contacted via a gay camping site online. Prosecutors say he poses a danger and sought to widen his victims. Judge Lynette McGough has yet to rule on the petition. Farnsworth was labeled a sexual predator and ordered to register his address for life.
