Witnesses identify suspects in Cleveland mob case
Prosecutors presented Mrs Spoth and Gregory Spoth in court identifying Ferritto as the getaway driver from photos and testimonies. The Spoths disputed the in car sighting of the other man, while jurors heard about the broader Cleveland mob case involving Licavoli Lonardo Cisternino Calabrese and Sinito. Two men, Guiliani and Aratari, face federal firearms charges tied to the Greene slaying and Liberatore’s alleged backup team role.

Teacher plea delays 24 of 35 jailed staff transfer
A judge delayed an order to move 24 of 35 jailed teachers to area jails for health concerns from overcrowding. Ten women were to go to Wayne County Jail in Wooster and 14 men to Cuyahoga County Justice Center in Cleveland. CFA representative Gary Kassander said the move would place inmates with hardened criminals away from their families, drawing protests from Brunswick residents outside the courthouse Wednesday night.
