Elyrians Injured In Accident Near Garrettsville
Two Elyria youths Audrey Foster and George Johnson suffered bruises and cuts in a late evening car crash on Route 82 near Garrettsville. Their vehicle was badly damaged and they were treated by a Garrettsville physician before being sent home. The group had returned from Bethany West Virginia with Bethany College students Mary Eleanor Foster Lillian Mallory and Anna Marie Dettinger, Dettinger a German exchange student, after Easter vacation. Rev. Will Foster, father of Audrey, traveled to Garrettsville to bring them back to Elyria.
