In Westchester Pennsylvania on April 12 Alexander Meyer age 20 son of a Philadelphia coat broker was sentenced to death in the electric chair for killing Helen Meyer a 16 year old Coatesville High School girl on February 11. Judge Ernest Harvey and W Butler Windle imposed the sentence.
