Kasich denies clemency for Clarence Weaver
Gov John Kasich rejected clemency for Clarence Weaver who maintains his innocence in the 1991 murder of his wife Helen Weaver in Elyria. Ohio Innocence Project says it will press on to seek exoneration or reveal the true perpetrator. Weaver is 76 and not eligible for parole again until February 2017.
