Man accused of hostage incident awarded disability benefit
James L. Dailey, accused of taking three hostages during a dispute over a denied workers compensation claim, was awarded permanent partial disability benefits totaling 9746.22 by the state. Dailey, 36, of Washington Court House, previously sustained back and neck injuries in 1992, and faces an eight count indictment including kidnapping and carrying a concealed weapon. The trial is set for June 2.
