Victor A. McGee, a Lorain attorney and chair of No. 2 draft board, died at St Joseph's Hospital after a three week illness. Funeral at St Mary's Lorain at 10 am Monday. He was a Georgetown graduate and former president of the Nisi Prius club and head of the Lorain library board. Survived by widow and two children Patrick 18 and Mary Ann 15. Common Pleas Judge D A Conk announced court would be suspended Monday to allow attendance.

Washington April 10 President Roosevelt said he is seriously considering voluntary registration of women aged 18 to 65 as part of manpower mobilization plans.
