Midway Mall sale contract signed after long approval delay
Lorain County Port Authority and ICP signed a 17 million dollar sale contract for the dilapidated Midway Mall. ICP plans a business park with retail and light industrial uses and has a 90 day due diligence period with possible extensions. Transfer hoped by summer.
