Hale says he won't pay taxes on ill gotten gains
In Little Rock AP report Hale testifies he expects no tax on illicit SBA gains as part of a plea agreement. He admits defrauding the SBA, pled guilty to two felonies, and was sentenced to 28 months with $2.04 million in restitution. The case centers on McDougall and Tucker alleged loan fraud to fund Whitewater interests.
