Mother Of 3 To Get 59000 In Husband's Death
Mrs Ruth O Schuh of Avon Lake will receive 59000 from New York Central Rail road for her husband James an electrician killed in the March 27 1953 train wreck near Conneaut. Probate Judge Malcolm Thomson approved the settlement, the largest so far among 21 deaths, allowing dismissal of her Erie Pa suit. Schuh's children are Joanne 18 Donald 15 and Deborah born seven months after the casualty.

Lorain Man Charged in Ohio Slaying
Police prepared charges against Carl W. Robinson 35 of Lorain after he confessed to killing his stepfather William Monroe 65 a retired farmer at Monroe home 14 miles north of Newark Ohio. Robinson said he drank before the act and after objecting to his staying in the house took a .32 caliber revolver from a suitcase and fired five shots Monroe died instantly. Witnesses include Robinsons mother Eva Monroe 52 who married Monroe in 1952 and neighbor who heard Carl and a shouted exchange.

Another H BOMB Test Is Due Soon
Washington sources report at least one more hydrogen bomb test planned in the Pacific this spring as a prelude to a sharp rise in U S production of atomic and hydrogen explosives over the next several years. The third H bomb test followed tests on March 1 and March 26. Atomic Energy Chairman Lewis L Strauss told a Senate subcommittee that more emphasis on H bombs is planned and that production will rise sharply as facilities go into full operation. Trains Collide Near Cleveland No Passengers Hurt
A Baltimore & Ohio passenger train with about 200 people and a Nickel Plate freight collided two miles east of Cleveland Union Terminal.
