Lawmaker sues governor over school funding plan details
Ohio lawmaker Morgan sues Gov Strickland seeking full disclosure of the evidence based school funding proposal. He cites documents and emails, saying the governor’s plan is a centerpiece of Strickland’s term and asks for access to 98 email accounts and 74,000 pages. Morgan says he received only a preliminary bibliography and wants complete records to evaluate the plan.
