Indians hope Swindell finds form after rough Cactus League start
In Tucson Greg Swindell struggled with his breaking ball as San Francisco routed him for 11 runs in 1 2 3 innings. Manager John McNamara said he is physically fine and will face minor leaguers Sunday in Tucson before flying to Cleveland. The Indians aim to finalize pitching cuts and prepare for the opener against the Yankees, with Mahomes and several relievers vying for remaining spots. Outfielder Brad Komminsk moved to San Francisco on waivers.
