Bay Village Car Stalled on Tracks Destroyed by Train
A 1973 Grand Torino stalled on Bassett Road in Bay Village was hit by a freight train early Saturday morning amid heavy snowfall. The unoccupied vehicle blocked the tracks as the driver, coming home from work, phoned police to arrange a tow after leaving for a Sohio station at about 6 30 a.m. No injuries were reported.
