Man Unable to Decide Plea in Oberlin Court
James Bell, 217% South Pleasant St, must choose whether to plead guilty or innocent on intoxication and disorderly conduct charges. Judge David R. Goldthorpe will hear the case tomorrow night in Oberlin Municipal Court after Bell’s arrest Saturday following a residence fight. He has prior arrests since 1955, none in the past year.
