Choir robes gifted for Extreme Makeover episode
The New London firm Thomas Creative Apparel donated 60 choir robes and stores to a Katrina devastated New Orleans church. The robes will appear on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition airing at 8 pm Thursday. Owner Vickie Hall said lead time was short but robes shipped about three weeks ago. Zimmerman's Community Service Award honors his long local service with 4-H, the Hartland PTO, the Western Reserve Band Boosters, and more.
