Boston April 5 Thomas F Murphy 29 Cambridge was arrested by secret service men on a charge of writing a letter in which he allegedly threatened to assassinate President Roosevelt. Assistant U S District Attorney William T McCarthy said Murphy mailed a three page penned letter to the President March 27 complaining about unemployment.
