Lorain man Jorge Diaz Jr., 23, is charged by secret indictment with involuntary manslaughter corrupting another with drugs and two counts of drug trafficking after allegedly selling cocaine and carfentanil to 46 year old Charles Ralston who died of a drug overdose. Prosecutor Dennis Will said Ralston and his girlfriend bought and ingested the drugs before he collapsed and died.
