Police say Craig Lacourse of Woodridge Road backed into a parked car on Parkland Drive while intoxicated. A strong alcohol odor and field tests found a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit. He faced a felony OVI charge plus driving under suspension and improper backing. His record spans decades with nine prior arrests in 20 years, many in Vermilion.
