Lorain probation officer convicted of drug trafficking
Paul Ford 34, a Lorain probation officer, was sentenced to 15 years after being found guilty on five counts of aggravated drug trafficking, one count of marijuana trafficking, and one count of permitting drug abuse. His wife Pamela Ford was convicted of permitting drug abuse. The case stemmed from sales to informant Steve Moore, a former probation officer. Judge Lyle Castle rejected entrapment claims and Ford offered no comment. Bradley plans an appeal.

Ridgeville ex mayor Carje could face prison
