Four developers bid for HUD funded townhouse project
Norman Failing announces four firms, DHLE Construction Cleveland, Dillon International Akron, Drake Construction Bedford Heights, and Gamma Construction Lorain, have submitted proposals to build 32 to 36 two and three bedroom townhouses on city land near Chestnut and Elm. HUD Section 8 subsidies would guarantee rents while ownership remains private. no award or start dates given.
