Lorain County commissioners approve a 9.995 million general fund for 1980, about 500000 less than actual 1980 expenditures, after a budget review with Auditor Julian Pijor and Administrator Dellisanti. Total funds including levies and federal aid total 41.5 million, down 2 million from last year.
