Turnpike Surveys and Till Engineers Receive Money Due
Two Ohio turnpike engineering firms warned they will halt further surveys until payment is received. Lawrence Waterbury said the state auditor’s refusal to pay 55 000 may push the project back a full construction year. The firms plan mandamus actions in the Ohio Supreme Court to compel payment, citing delays and funding needs for ongoing studies.
