Mrs. Dorothy Newell of 1704 Roosevelt Ave Canton is Canton City Lines main driver since April 13, 1945. She works mornings and afternoons to balance home life with a driving career. Her husband Ray mond is also a bus driver for a local firm. Their children Patricia Ann and Frank Lee doubt they will follow suit, while Mrs. Newell plans to keep driving the Short Sixth and Ninth routes and even travel out of town by bus on a four week Arizona vacation starting June 12.
