Sullivan Asks Venue Change In Attack Case

John L. Sullivan Jr. 24 of 324 Clarendon Ave NW faced arraignment in Common Pleas Court on a charge of criminally assaulting a six year old girl on Feb 18. He sought a change of venue to a different county and asked the court to appoint state funded counsel after his former attorney withdrew.
