State headquarters orders draft boards to reopen all 3-A cases where registrants gained dependents after September 16, 1940 by marriage or other means. Reclassification will occur unless dependency was not acquired to avoid the draft. Official circulars today confirm the action.

Built in 1921 at Bethlehem Sparrows Point, the 550 foot vessel sent distress calls from 12:47 a.m. to 1:22 a.m. The eight ship attacked off the American coast since Jan. 14, this one was the seventh sunk. Survivors were later rescued.
