In Massillon at 10 52 a.m. a three way Lincoln Highway collision left Hubert Stephan 25 of 320 S Genoard in critical condition with possible cerebral concussion and hip injury. Roy F Gates of Chicago and Harry P Beitzel of Navarre drove involved trucks for Oyler Bros Canton and Nickel s Bakery. Gates attempted to pass, skidded, and side swiped Beitzel s bakery tractor and a dump truck, causing Gates cab to be demolished and bakery trailer and dump truck to be damaged. No charges filed.
