Alias summons in Canyon County Idaho for John W Hamer plaintiff and Martha A Hamer defendant in a divorce suit alleging desertion and cruel treatment with answer due within twenty days after service or forty days if outside district.

The proof is to be made before Walter R. Cupp U S Commissioner at Caldwell Idaho on July 24 1908. Witnesses named: Charles P. Grimes Henry C. Clay John T. Hellyer and William D. Fletcher all of Idaho locations listed.
