The district court in Canyon County Idaho issues an alias summons in a foreclosure suit filed by Oisteton against George B Murray and Mary B Murray. Defendants must answer within twenty days if served in district or forty days otherwise, or risk the court granting the relief requested to foreclose the mortgage and secure attorney fees and costs. The action concerns a mortgage dated June 7 1905 for 600.00 plus interest and a 100.00 attorney fee. The clerk is Badley, with Van Duyn as plaintiff’s attorney, Caldwell Idaho.
State lands in Canyon county Idaho will be offered at public auction in Roswell on December 25 1905 starting at 10 a.m. The land parcels include multiple lots in sections with varied descriptions and prices mainly at 10.00 per acre. The constable L Carpenter of Notus precinct Canyon county Idaho will sell to the highest bidder for cash a red cow about six years old branded W on the right side swallow fork on both ears. The animal was taken up by Otto Kurtz about November 15 1908. Sale December 28 at 2 pm. Dated November 25 1908.
