Caldwell band to attend gathering with refreshments
Attorney R B Scatterday returned from Pontiac Illinois and other eastern cities Wednesday. Stipulations were fled Wednesday between Oregon Short Line and Pioneer Irrigation District. The railroad seeks injunction to prevent tax collection for 1905 and 1906 on land described as its right of way. The matter will be heard at the next court.
