Ramsey county district judge Inde Buttz ruled this week that former Burke county commissioners John O. Grubb and H A Kirkelie are reinstated. They were removed by Governor Lynn J. Frasier last year over bond sales and county loans. The decision reverses the governor and may be appealed to the state supreme court.

Four Injured in Auto Spill Near Minot
Four persons, three women and a man, were injured when a touring car ran into a cement culvert two miles east of Minot on the Surrey road last night and overturned. The car, driven by Miss McGahee, blocked by soft gravel, crushed parts of the vehicle. Miss Hoffman bruised the chest, Miss June Snow injured the ankle, Mrs. Allen O'Dell bruised and cut, with several others sustaining minor hurts. doctors report no serious injuries at present.

Two Women Bootleggers Must Serve Jail Term

Minot North Dakota May 18 Twenty five dollars advanced by a Minot business man saved the brother of A N Stone Minot farmer from execution in Finland according to Mr Stone s story of old world conditions He says his brother failed to observe Bolsheviki rules and was ordered to leave the country or suffer execution He appealed to Mr Stone in America who sent him the amount stated to be necessary Then Stone learned that his brother would not be given passports unless an affidavit were cabled to Finland at a cost of $25 or more With his own funds exhausted and faced by a message that unless an affidavit were cabled his brother would be executed the following morning he obtained a loan.
