Burglary charge against William Ozl dismissed in North Dakota
Minot North Dakota May 3 The case against William Ozl charged with burglarizing a Great Northern car at Niobe was dismissed at a preliminary hearing by Justice C B Davis on motion of the attorney and because he proved not guilty. Ozl had been arrested at Big Sandy Montana and brought back to the county by Sheriff John Nedreoe. He had been living on a claim at that place while his family stayed in Kenmare. He posted a cash bond after returning and told the sheriff he would have come back without arrest if he had known he was wanted. There is an unverified rumor he may sue those responsible for his arrest on a false charge.

Drowns When Boat Capsizes Near Towner
