Petro working for Wheeler entered Miss Alma Gro chow's room and after a struggle she escaped in night clothes to a neighbor. He offered no escape and was jailed. He will be taken before Judge Coffee for sentencing after plea. The woman escaped without serious injury. Both parties are young and Petro was sober.
