Minot North Dakota June 1 Roth Borthowtse pleaded guilty before Judge K E Leighton in riot court to first degree rape and received four years in the state penitentiary. He has a violent crime record, previously stealing an automobile with a companion, fleeing to South Dakota, and being brought back for conviction. While on parole for that crime he committed the present offense before parole expired.
