Kyser disappeared two to three months ago and bore a similar height to the skeleton. Glass Eater Is Declared Insane in Minot
Minot North Dakota December 20 Joe Raymond a Burke county prisoner who ate crushed glass from a compass in the county jail two weeks ago and nearly died was declared insane at a hearing before the insanity board. He will likely be taken to Jamestown tonight by an officer. He is described as a harmless lunatic. Raymond finished a term for petit larceny on December 9 and was to have been turned over to Canadian authorities for malicious mischief but his illness prevented transfer. He was moved to St Josephs hospital where he recovered though not his sanity. Canadian authorities later declined to take him and the sheriff’s office lacks information on Raymond’s relatives.
