The North Dakota board of pardons adjourned its December session as eighty six applications were reviewed. Only three pardons were granted: Walter J. Kerwin of Peoria for pickpocketing at a Fargo circus. A. M. Winkle from Wilame county for ten years. and Peter La Chance from Grand Forks for ten years. Others had sentences reduced or deferred, including John Wenholz and James Davis. John Young’s pardon was continued for further investigation. William T. Pos’s pardon was deferred at his attorney’s request.

TWO DIE FROM BIG KEROSENE EXPLOSION
