Beaver Becomes Rail Town with First Train and Bridge in Place
After decades of effort Beaver earns a railroad with the Beaver Short Line reaching the townsite. Freight and passenger service begin, wheat and broomcorn markets open, and cement for a new building arrives. Bridge work starts next week as locals vow a major celebration when the first train arrives.
