Mrs Carson Surprised At Farewell Party In Beaver
The Bide-a Wee Club in Beaver held a farewell gathering for Mr. and Mrs. Carson at their home on Monday night. A Sterling Silver spoon bearing the club name was given to Mrs. Carson. Delegates to the national convention in Wichita October 26 to November 1 are named. Many locals attend the Panhandle Fair at Guymon this week, with several purebred breeders exhibiting.

Ride A Wee Club Delight Entertained at Maple Home
Members of the mine a Wee Club and guests were hosted at Mr. and Mrs. Frank Maple’s ranch home. A bountiful noon dinner followed by a club meeting elected Mrs. V T Cules and others as delegates to the State Federation of Women’s Clubs.
