Anniversary Program At Presbyterian Church Services

An anniversary program is scheduled for October 8 and 21 at the Presbyterian Church. Rev R M Overstreet will preach at 11 o clock am and 8 o clock pm. A reminiscence meeting will feature talks by church members. Mr Walker, formerly of Woodward, will also preach. A large crowd is hoped for and all are invited to attend all services.

Musical entertainment at Methodist church delights Beaver crowd

A Wednesday night program at the Methodist church offered a highly pleasing entertainment with strong talent. The large audience enjoyed every number and praised the event, hoping for more such occasions in the future.

Beaver youths form Young Peoples Society of Christian Endeavor

The Beaver Presbyterian church hosted Sunday evening services as youths organized the Young Peoples Society of Christian Endeavor with elected officers: President Miss Minne Tremaine Vice-President Miss Maude Thomas secretary-treasurer Miss Mae West Organist Miss Erma Crabble Weekly meetings will be Sundays at 7 and monthly home meetings.
