A Beaver area roundup lists numerous residents and visitors from Monday to Saturday including Norh Robbins to Knowles and JW Webb to Woodward on business. Various trips to Guymon, Hooker, Liberal, and Kansas fields are noted along with local social events, harvest plans, and church activities.
Memorial services in Beaver were held at the Presbyterian Church with a crowded audience. Rev Jatireys delivered a historical talk, the choir sang patriotic songs, and a quartet performed The Golden Gate. The piece reflects on aging veterans and the fading memory of the Civil War as Memorial Day nears.
Beaver Grade Commencement took place May 19 1904 in the high school auditorium. Diplomas were awarded to Teo Beal Clarence Tackett Rosa Wright Irwin Moore Basil Peckham Willem Meese Zhiv Rush Bera Byann Loté Quinn Millar Winwile Evans Jessie Loek Gladys Hawkellnd Laws Walker Frank Hogsett Lottie Havcock Alma Brown of other districts revived diplomas. Enid Miller praised as an excellent reader and known for elocutionary powers. Julia Maddox of the senior class observed the child grade into the high school. W T Quinn urged graduates to stay for the full four year course. a short play Don othy Delano's Courtehsy was performed.
Rev L J Straw of the Christian Church delivered the May 13 baccalaureate sermon for Beaver High School graduates. Shaw praised the school and urged graduates to pursue mental and spiritual development, asserting much time and money should be spent educating the nation’s youth.
The Second Annual Commencement at Beaver High School on May 24 1918 featured senior addresses a valedictory by Charles Miles salutatory by Julia Maddox and remarks by superintendent Fellow. Notable alumni and guests attended as families and local residents celebrated the class of 2016 and 2014 with music speeches and diplomas.

Abbie B Hillerman state president phoned from Wood Monday claiming to have organized a Woodward county union with eighty two members. She planned to return to Woodward to finish organizing the county and then travel to Woodward for further meetings. The institute program was prepared for the printer but delayed by high water. Members anticipated a discussion on cooperation with the Woodward unit and a literary gathering set for June 6 to complete the work. The report highlighted funds spent and widespread mission work, with praise for sign painting and speakers.
